aip salmon (or tuna) salad

Let’s talk breakfast! The most important meal of the day!
Breakfast is the first meal of the day and lays the foundation for your energy, metabolism, and mood. The ideal breakfast has protein, healthy fats, and lots of nutrients.
My breakfast this morning was flaked salmon, a whole avocado mashed, cilantro, green onion, dill, juice of half a lemon, salt and pepper. Mix it all together.
My boys call it shamrock salad! ??

Remember what we put into our bodies (and on them) is either a vote for health or a vote for illness. Food really is medicine!
